At the moment, I am studying a MSc in Culture, Organization and Management and I am at the final stages of my thesis. My thesis focuses on networking issues between virtual technology start-ups and universities with a theoretical examination into the nature of innovation and learning capacity in these organizations. This will be completed by August 2013. I have learnt a lot in this course, from the nature of organizations, to management issues, to cultural clashes (overt and covert) in the workplace. On the side, I have been learning Dutch and getting involved in all kinds of activities in Leiden.
I am constantly finding something to do, learning something new or helping people out. I have a very strong work ethic, and I have many professional and academic references that support this. I am a very open and enthusiastic person, quick to laugh and also ready to listen. I do not like to do anything except my best, and I strive for everyone on my team to do likewise. A positive attitude goes a long way towards getting the best out of yourself and those around you.
