Is Actionmint free?

Yes, once you complete our registration process which requires no credit card, you will be on our free plan. The free plan allows you to use the majority of our services. You can switch to other plans starting as low as $18 at any time. You can find our plans and pricing here.

How does the Marketplace work?

In our free business-to-business marketplace companies can communicate and find appropriate partners to collaborate with. By listing your company profile and publishing Open Tasks you will be able to connect with other businesses and find new clients or vendors.

What are Open Tasks?

Do you need help with your project? Publish Open Tasks on our Marketplace and choose a company or a professional to complete your task. You can even use our search agent to find and invite your LinkedIn and imported connections suitable for your task. Publishing Open Tasks requires no service fees.

What are Marketplace Matches?

This is your personalized task finder that will search and alert you with suitable Open Tasks from our marketplace. To get better personalized matches, follow more skills and companies.

How many users can join my project?

There is no limit on the number of users per project. You can even find and invite your personal connections using our search agent. Our search agent will search your LinkedIn and imported connections and suggest the ones suitable for your project task.

How do I complete the registration process and verify my email address?

In order to complete the registration process, you need to verify that you own the email address you used to set up an account. This way, we know we're sending your account information to the right place. To verify your email address, click on the link in Actionmint's registration confirmation email.

Haven't received my email verification, what can I do?

Verification emails are generally sent out instantly. If you haven't received one yet, please check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there by accident. Then try again to re-send it. Be sure to add no-reply (at) actionmint (dot) com to your address book in your email settings. If it still isn't working, check to see if there's a typo in your email. If not, send us an email and we'll help you.

How do I change my email address?

You can change your primary email address here! Just add the email you want to change it to where it says 'Add email address'. You'll then get a confirmation email in your inbox and you'll have to confirm it from there. Once that's done, you can make it your primary email by clicking the 'Make primary' link.

I forgot my password and can't log in!

That's OK! It happens. Try resetting your password here. If you don't receive an email, please try checking your spam folder just in case it ended up there.

Can I change my email notification settings?

Yes, go to your notifications settings page, and you’ll be able to set your notification preferences. You can choose exactly which type of events you wish to be notified about.

I need an invoice! Can you send me one?

We send an invoice to your primary email address as soon as a transaction is completed. Keep in mind to check your spam folders just in case it ended up there.

Will my files, projects and tasks be deleted when I downgrade from a paying to a free plan?

Don't worry: when you downgrade to a free account, you will have a period of 30 days to reduce your file storage use and project administrations under the limits of our free plan. After 30 days, oldest uploads exceeding the limits of the free account will be deleted and project permissions removed.

How can I switch from a monthly to a yearly subscription?

Right before your next payment period, cancel your subscription (nothing will be lost), then choose a plan with a yearly subscription. The previous monthly subscriptions will be canceled then.

I'm having trouble creating my company! Can you help?

In order to create your company, the email used to create it has to be associated with the company, so we can confirm that you really are associated with that company. To use a different email, first add it on your settings page and verify it. If you're still having problems, send us a message.

Is there a limit on how many projects I can enter?

No, you can enter as many projects as you like. The only limit is on how many projects you can administer.

Do projects have a file storage limit?

No, projects themselves don't have a file storage limit, it's your account that has a file storage limit associated with your current plan. You can track and manage all your uploaded files by going to your account settings and clicking 'Manage your files'.

Do I need anything special to use it?

All you need to use Actionmint is an Internet connection. Once you sign up, start getting your work done.
